- Ingredients:
- 1 bunch spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 pound paneer cheese, cut into cubes
- Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
